4. Community Standards & Professional Conduct

• No harassment, discrimination, abuse, or intimidation.
• No spam, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion.
• No misleading professional claims.
• No unlawful activity.
• No sharing confidential information without authorization.
• No actions that may damage the reputation of the community or its members.

Violation of community standards may result in warnings, suspension, termination of membership, or removal from events.

5. Events & Networking Activities

Volo Advisory may organize networking events, leadership forums, board simulations, workshops, roundtables, webinars, and educational sessions.

• Event schedules may change without notice.
• Registration may be required.
• Attendance is subject to capacity limits.
• Participants must comply with event guidelines.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal.

Volo Advisory is not responsible for business outcomes arising from member interactions, introductions, or networking activities.

6. Board-Ready Profiles & Member Content

Members may submit professional profiles, biographies, articles, presentations, thought leadership content, governance credentials, board readiness information, and related materials.

You retain ownership of your submitted content while granting Volo Advisory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, distribute, and publish such content for community and promotional purposes.

You represent that all submitted content is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All Volo Advisory branding, logos, graphics, designs, content, frameworks, methodologies, board simulations, publications, resources, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• No unauthorized copying.
• No reproduction or redistribution.
• No commercial exploitation.
• No reverse engineering of proprietary frameworks.

8. Confidentiality

Members acknowledge that discussions within the community may involve sensitive professional, strategic, governance, or business-related information.

Unless explicitly authorized, members agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through participation in the Volo Advisory network.

9. Membership Fees

Where applicable, membership fees, subscriptions, event fees, or program fees shall be communicated separately.
